For Urbancraft bottle has 7 days return policy and our bottles come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund if your bottle has any manufacturing defects on it.
On Replacement: Replacement parts will be utilised to address defects when available.Please remember that our lifetime warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
On Warranty:Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, or cleaning practices, or wear and tear. Rest assured we will provide an exact replacement for your bottle or accessory when warranty claim is approved.
