About Drinkware
Is all the drinkware dishwasher safe?
Yes. We even recommend washing your drinkware by hand and with warm soapy water with silicon brush for inner cleaning.
How do I address staining or weird smelling odors in my bottle?
If you are experiencing these issues, please use warm water, a pinch of baking soda, fill in your water and let it sits for 10 minutes, then scrub the bottle with silicon bottle brush, rinse with warm soapy water and let the bottle dry.
Can URBANCRAFT Active, Standard and Nomad series drinkware / tumblers be used for hot and cold drinks?
Yes, our drinkware / tumblers are built with double wall vacuum insulation that keeps your beverages hot and warm and cold drinks cold for hours.
Keep in mind that using it for cold drinks immediately after a hot beverages is used may affect its cold holding ability, and vice versa.
WARNING! Do not use straw lid with hot beverages.
How high temperature that can contains in URBANCRAFT bottle?
Avoid liquid filling with extremely high temperature exceeding greater than 90°C (194°F), as it may or will cause an internal pressure build up within the internal bottle resulting in ejection of hot liquids and scalding.
Are all caps available to use in high temperature liquid?
No. Only ACTIVE INSULATED CAP and STANDARD INSULATED CAP which comes along with your bottle is applicable for higher temperature insulation purposes.
Are URBANCRAFT bottle BPA-FREE?
Yes. Our drinkware does not contain plastic by products or plasticisers that are harmful to human.
Where is URBANCRAFT made?
URBANCRAFT is designed and crafted in Malaysia with final production taking place in China.
Are they leakproof?
No. Active Sipper, Active Swig, Active Gulp, Active Slurp, Popper Cap, Nomad Slid, Nomad Flipper and Nomad Bottle Straw Cap is splash-resist while Active Series Insulated, Standard Series Insulated cap, Standard series insulated cap and Nomad series Dual cap are not 100% leak-proof if jostled or knocked over and might resulting in some liquid spill out due to pressure released inside.

VIEW WARRANTY POLICYWhat happen if my bottle has defect?
Don't worry, URBANCRAFT has 7 days return policy that and our bottles come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund if your bottle has any manufacturing defects on it.
Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available.
Please remember that our lifetime warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, or cleaning practices, or wear and tear.
Rest assured we will provide an exact replacement for your bottle or accessory when warranty claim is approved.
What happen if my bottle got damage during shipping?
We are sorry if this unfortunate event happens to you. But rest assured that our inventory pickers and checkers are well trained and all your purchase is professionally check and packed in perfect and correct manner before leaving our warehouse.
If found damaged during shipping, kindly report or contact the appointed logistic provider for further clarifications if needed.

Order will be process within 1-2 business day. The delivery time frame to arrive your doorstep depending on the domestic courier services arrangement, estimated 2-7 working days after we processed your order.
Which country are you selling?
We are currently available in Malaysia (WM and EM) and Singapore.
What is the return policy?
We does not offer returns on items purchase outside WEAREURBANCRAFT.com. All returns must be processed through our responds at our RETURN EMAIL PORTAL in which, we will provide you with a VALID CASE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VCIN) produce by us as RETURN AUTHORIZATION APPROVAL within 7 business days of original purchase subjected based on the case study.

What payment methods do you offer?
We are providing various type of payment methods for MYR transfer which includes: VISA/MASTER, Online Bank via FPX, e-Wallet transfer.
For Singapore purchase, we offer VISA/MASTER credit card purchase.
Can I pay by installment?
Currently we does not offer auto instalment plan for purchase in our website. Please stay tuned we may enable the services anytime.
How I do refund process?
We are not available for purchase refund, if they are items is defect, we are available to process with product exchange.
