Wish there were more font types however the available ones have their own charm. I opted for small letters and it turned out cute as expected.
Rapid engraving service plus good rapport building by the peeps at Urban Craft.
Hope the quality maintains or be even better with the environment and customer usage in mind.
Manufacturing locally would be good, perhaps making the products more affordable for more people.

The sliding lid leaks a bit at the sliding mechanism. The pop up lid is more leak proof. Didnt come with Christmas wrapping which I asked for.

The Sales person at the office is really helpful, superb service on the engraving customization too. It has a very lovable design.

Nice looking drinkware. The engraving turn out great and the color really pops! Looks so much better in real actual product in itself.

Nice engraving and worth the money. Color wised is way more better looking in real. Been told it's matt powder coated finishing and it feels secured when holding. Thanks Urbancraft Malaysia for a great product.

The color turn out great! Nice coral color and the coating which is in matt finishing feels grippy too when hold. Really like the engraving and it looks fantastic too seeing it in real bottle. It's not too pricey and highly recommended!

Not too big and not bulky either. Nice engraving and like the matt color finishing. Just the right size for an all day usage. 2 packet of chinese ice tea at the restaurant can be easily filled into this 40oz drinkware and can withstand from morning 11am till 9pm which is good enough though. Like!
