Is UrbanCraft drinkware dishwasher safe?
Yes. And at the same time we still encourage users to clean it with a quick hand wash.
Can it fit in my car cup holder?
For ACTIVE SERIES - Only 12OZ, 18OZ, 24OZ is compatible with most universal car cup holder dimension. 32OZ & 40OZ are totally not compatible. Kindly refer to drinkware spec sheets individually.
For STANDARD SERIES - Both 21OZ and 32oz is NOT compatible with any universal car cup holder.
Can I use in cold drinks?
Absolutely yes. Our drinkware perform well with hot and cold beverages and retain temperature for hours.
It is BPA-FREE?
We care for your health and the environment from harmful chemicals. All URBANCRAFT drink wares are BPA-FREE.
Are the caps interchangeable?
For the same series drinkware, yes. They are interchangeable.
Do UrbanCraft ships to oversea countries?
